By booking a nutritional therapy consultation through Abbigaillink.com, you agree to the following terms:

1. Sessions

All sessions are conducted remotely via video call. A secure link will be provided ahead of time. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a private, quiet space and a reliable internet connection.

2. Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking via PayPal. Your booking will be confirmed once payment is received.

3. Refunds

Refunds are not available for sessions that have already taken place. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide appropriate notice. An alternative date can be arranged where possible.

4. Client Information & Records

All client records are treated with care and stored securely. Information is held in accordance with professional standards and UK data protection regulations. Your details will never be shared without your written consent, unless required by law.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

Any personal data shared through forms, consultations or communication is used solely for the purpose of delivering your nutritional therapy services. Abbigail Link complies with the UK GDPR and ensures that all data is stored securely and handled responsibly.

6. Disclaimer

Nutritional therapy is not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients are encouraged to consult their GP or healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns.

7. Disputes
