MEET ABBIE
After years of struggling with cystic acne, debilitating brain fog and fatigue, alongside digestive and hormonal issues, Abbie built her practice around one simple belief - symptoms are signals.Instead of managing symptoms in isolation, her focus is on understanding why they are happening in the first place. This forms the foundation of her philosophy ‘correct the cause’ the belief that when the body is supported properly, it can begin to do what it is designed to do.Her approach draws on current evidence, and is rooted in the belief that good nutrition should work with your life, not take it over. It is less about doing everything perfectly, and more about understanding what your body needs and supporting it consistently.Abbie is a Naturopathic Nutritionist and certified Holistic Health Practitioner, with professional membership of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP).Her training is rooted in naturopathic principles and a whole-person approach. Her work is highly personalised, with recommendations shaped around the individual and their unique needs. For Abbie, health goes beyond what’s on the plate. After travelling to India to complete her yoga teacher training, she developed a deeper interest in the role stress and lifestyle play in long-term health. That perspective now underpins her work, combining nourishment and lifestyle foundations to help bring the body back into balance.
‘When we nourish our own bodies properly and support them in the way they need, things really do start to shift.”
