This programme is designed to bring your body back into alignment, rebalance your hormones, and support long-term wellbeing. Using a personalised approach, we’ll tailor science-backed nutrition strategies and simple lifestyle shifts to what your body truly needs, helping you feel centred and nourished.
We’ll focus on nervous system regulation, blood sugar balance, and whole-food nourishment to create lasting change. It’s a full lifestyle and nutrition reset, carefully crafted to keep you feeling motivated, inspired, and in control of your health. My goal is to help you build consistent habits, reconnect with your body, and find lasting balance, both physically and mentally.

Your hormones influence nearly every system in your body - from energy and metabolism to mood, digestion, sleep, skin, and your menstrual cycle. When they’re out of balance, you feel it. We’ll tap into the power of your hormones and work with them intentionally to support lasting change.
By working with your body (not against it), we’ll use targeted nutrition, lifestyle shifts, and nervous system support to bring things back into alignment. Small, consistent changes can lead to meaningful improvements in your daily energy, mood, and overall wellbeing.
My method focuses on long-term transformation. Through a structured 1:1 programme, we’ll work together over 4, 8 or 12 weeks to help you rebalance, rebuild, and nourish your body in a way that feels empowering — not overwhelming. You’ll gain the tools, confidence and clarity to make changes that last.

Your first session - Each programme starts with a collaborative health review, where we take the time to really understand where you are right now. We’ll explore your symptoms, patterns, diet and lifestyle - uncovering any barriers that may be getting in the way of your optimal health.
Bespoke Plan - Together, we’ll set clear, achievable goals and shape a personalised plan to help you reach them. With thoughtful nutrition guidance and simple yet powerful lifestyle shifts - we’ll gently guide your body back into balance.
Ongoing support - Throughout your journey, regular check-ins will keep you supported and clear on your path. We’ll fine-tune your plan as needed, making sure it always fits where you are. Each session will equip you with the knowledge, confidence, and motivation to keep making positive, lasting changes.
Every protocol is bespoke, built from a deep understanding of your current needs, goals and capacity. The space we create together is calm, non-judgemental, and completely tailored to you.
